Jana Holt has a diverse work experience in the field of sustainable finance and environmental policy. Jana is currently working as the Global Director of Sustainable Investing Solutions at SEI. Prior to that, they worked at Morgan Stanley as a Vice President in Global Sustainable Finance and also held the position of Manager in the same department. Before joining Morgan Stanley, Jana worked at Context Group, first as a Senior Consultant and later as a Client Director. Jana also had the opportunity to work as a UN Global Compact Fellow at the Nicholas Institute for Environmental Policy Solutions and as a Research Associate in Corporate Partnerships at the Environmental Defense Fund. Jana's earlier work experience includes a role in Annual Giving at Princeton University.
Jana Holt holds an MBA degree in Decision Sciences and Social Entrepreneurship from Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business, which they obtained from 2010 to 2013. During the same time period, they also earned a Master of Environmental Management (MEM) degree in Economics and Environmental Policy from Duke University Nicholas School of the Environment. Prior to these degrees, Jana earned an A.B. degree in Politics and Environmental Studies from Princeton University. Additionally, they have an educational background in Marine Biology and Reef Ecology from Bermuda Institute of Ocean Science. Furthermore, Jana has obtained certifications such as Series 63 and Series 7 from FINRA, as well as a Certificate in ESG Investing from the CFA Institute.
