Matt Lugar

Matt Lugar, CIMA®, has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Matt started their career at Vanguard in 2004 and held various roles, including Client Services Associate and Senior Client Services Associate. Matt later became a Senior Client Relationship Administrator and then a Supervisor. In 2014, they transitioned to a Strategy Analyst position before becoming an Implementation Services Manager. From 2017 to 2020, they served as a Shared Services Manager at Vanguard. In 2020, they joined Infosys as a Shared Services Manager and later became the Chief of Staff for the Vanguard Account. Most recently, Matt has been working at SEI as the Director of Investment Solutions and then as the Head of Investment Solutions, North American Intermediaries.

Matt Lugar, CIMA®, holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance from Villanova University, which they obtained between 2013 and 2017. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance and Economics from the Alfred Lerner College of Business & Economics at the University of Delaware, graduating between 2001 and 2004. In addition to their academic achievements, Matt has certifications as a Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA), has passed CFA level 1, and is a Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA).
