Scott Daves

Scott Daves has extensive work experience in the oil and gas industry. Scott has held various roles throughout their career, including as an Owner at La Plata Resources. From 1997 to 2003, Daves served as Operations Manager USA at MARKWEST RESOURCES. Scott then worked as a Senior Engineer at Samson Resources from 2003 to 2009. In 2010, they became the Chief Operating Officer Managing Member at BEARCAT ENERGY, where they acquired, developed, and managed coalbed methane and deep shale & sandstone reservoirs. Scott sold their interest in the company in 2012. Daves also worked as an Engineering/Operations Manager & Consultant at Navajo Nation Oil & Gas Company from 2011 to 2012. From 2013 to 2013, they served as an Engineering/Division Manager at Warren E&P Inc. Since 2014, Daves has been the Vice President Completions & Production at Seidel Technologies, LLC.

Scott Daves attended the Colorado School of Mines from 1984 to 1987. During this period, they pursued a Bachelor's of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering.
