Eric O’Brien

Eric joined Seidler Equity Partners in 2015 and is involved in the diligence and execution of new investments, as well as in providing support to the firm’s partner companies. He emphasizes close working relationships with SEP partner management teams to help drive growth, scale, and profitability.

Prior to joining SEP, Eric worked at The Stephens Group, a family office with a tenured history of investing in entrepreneur- and family-owned companies across the consumer, food and beverage, industrial product, and infrastructure sectors. Prior to joining The Stephens Group, Eric was an Associate at Harris Williams & Company, an investment bank specializing in merger and acquisition advisory services, in its Richmond and London offices.

Eric graduated with distinction from The College of William & Mary with a BBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship. Continuing his education, he graduated with distinction from the Mason School of Business MBA Program. He was a member of The College of William & Mary’s Division 1 varsity football program.
