Chiara Ottavi

Chiara Ottavi has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Chiara started their career at Petr\u00f3leos de Venezuela, S.A. as a Database Administration for the Oil Industry, where they oversaw system configuration, design/development, and implementation. Chiara also maintained and monitored non-standard SAP Workflow Processes for the Finances, Logistics, and Fixed Assets departments. Chiara then moved on to Intesa, where they took on roles as an ABAP/4 developer and a Database Consultant, specializing in SAP Workflow. Chiara designed and developed extensions, data conversions, interfaces, and reports and was responsible for process automation and resource optimization. After Intesa, Chiara joined CeleriTech as an SAP Consultant, leading multiple SAP Business One implementations. Chiara was involved in the full life-cycle of projects, including configuration, development, data upload, process documentation, and testing. Lastly, they joined SEIDOR USA as a Sr. SAP Consultant & Project Manager, where they provided implementation consultation and support services for SAP Business One projects. Chiara also acted as a liaison between customers and development teams and customized forms and reports using Crystal Reports and PLD Report. In addition, they led continuous improvement projects and delivered training and development for support team consultants. Throughout their career, Chiara has worked with clients in various countries, including the US, Mexico, Peru, Colombia, Brazil, Spain, Chile, Argentina, Italy, and Germany.

Chiara Ottavi obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Systems Engineering from Universidad Metropolitana (VE) in 1990. Additionally, they obtained a certification as an SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP Business One 8.8 from SAP in August 2012.
