Heath Hoobing

Heath Hoobing is a legal professional with extensive experience in retirement compliance and taxation. Currently a Shareholder at Seigfreid Bingham, PC since June 2009, Heath previously served in various roles at American Century Investments from September 1991 to August 2006, including Retirement Compliance Specialist and Business Retirement Services Representative. Heath's responsibilities encompassed liaising between departments, researching regulatory changes, drafting retirement plan documents, and training representatives on advanced retirement issues. Heath holds an LL.M. in Taxation and a J.D. from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law as well as a B.A. in Communication Studies from The University of Kansas.
