John Fuchs

John Fuchs is a seasoned corporate attorney and shareholder at Seigfreid Bingham, P.C. since August 2012, specializing in diverse business matters such as corporate formation, mergers, secured transactions, and technology-related legal issues including data security and privacy law. Prior experience includes ownership of Castlegate Web Publishing and serving as Lead Custom Designer at WebTech Design Group. John Fuchs also held positions as a Summer Associate and Legal Intern at Seigfreid Bingham and The Family Foundation, respectively. Education includes a Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law, a fellowship in Constitutional Law and Religious Freedom from the Blackstone Legal Fellowship, and a BA with honors in History from Southwest Baptist University.
