Ericka Zuehlke

Ericka Zuehlke is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical support and solutions architecture. Currently serving as the Manager of Platinum Support at Seismic since November 2020, Ericka previously held the position of Lead Support Engineer. Prior experience includes working as a Solution Architect at Objectiva Software Solutions and as a Technical Support Engineer III at EMC. Ericka started their career at CUNA Mutual Mortgage Corporation as an Applications Administrator and has also held roles at CUNA Mutual Group, including Technical Services Specialist II and a Business Systems Developer Intern. Ericka earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville.
