Elise Shih

Elise Shih is a skilled Field Organizer currently working with SEIU 775, focusing on member engagement and the election of Pro-Labor candidates in Southwest Washington State. Previously, Elise served as a Field Organizer for the Minnesota DFL Party, successfully flipping House District 54A and strategizing campaigns across multiple districts. Additional experience includes teaching as an Assistant Lecturer in Communication Studies at the University of Minnesota and internships at the US Congress, where Elise managed constituent outreach and immigration-related requests. Elise holds a degree in Political Science from the University of Minnesota and has contributed to student publications as a writer at Concordia College.
