Will Musoff

Will Musoff is an experienced organizer currently working at SEIU Healthcare 1199NW since July 2023. Previous roles include a Research Intern at the Housing Rights Initiative, where research focused on income discrimination in Westchester and NYC, and a Researcher for the Ithaca Teachers Association, developing strategies to address teacher shortages. Additional experience includes conducting ethnographic research with the Cornell Farmworker Program and serving as a UNICARE Research Intern for UNI Global Union, advocating for nursing home workers. Will's early career involved an internship with Hand In Hand: The Domestic Employers Network, organizing campaigns for domestic workers, and supporting a political campaign as a Fundraiser for Dr. Woody Myers. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University, complemented by minors in Applied Economics and Sustainable Business and Economic Policy.
