Ra Criscitiello, Esq. is an experienced professional with a diverse work history. From 2007 to 2009, Ra worked as a Legal Fellow at the Maine State Employees Association, SEIU Local 1989. In 2010, they served as a Strategic Advisor to the Chief Elected Officer at SEIU Local 1021. Ra joined SEIU UHW in 2011 and held the position of Lead Research Analyst until February 2018. They then became Deputy Director of Research, a role they currently hold.

Ra Criscitiello, Esq. received a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Science & Technology Studies / Feminist, Gender & Sexuality Studies from Cornell University, where they studied from 1999 to 2003. They then attended the University of Maine School of Law from 2006 to 2009 and obtained a Doctor of Law (JD) degree. Following their education, Ra obtained certifications as an attorney in various states. They became a Maine Attorney after being admitted to the Maine Board of Overseers of the Bar in December 2009. Additionally, Ra became a Massachusetts Attorney after being admitted to the Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers in December 2009. They later obtained certification as a California Attorney in June 2014, granted by the State Bar of California.
