Camaron Mays

Camaron Mays has a diverse background in advocacy, healthcare, and education. Currently serving as an Internal Organizer/Grievance Representative and External Organizer at SEIU Local 1 since August 2021, Camaron previously worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant at MultiCare Home Health Agency, Inc. from July 2017 to August 2023 and held roles including Lead Dishwasher at Chipotle Mexican Grill, Patient Care Nursing Assistant at University Hospitals, and Youth Program Associate at Greater Cleveland Neighborhood Centers Association. Camaron's early career includes being a STEMM Education Worker with AmeriCorps and managing a Digital Fabrication Laboratory for Cleveland Metropolitan School District. Educational qualifications include two Bachelor's Degrees in Political Science and Government and African-American/Black Studies from Cleveland State University, complemented by a High School Diploma from MC2STEM High School.
