Rana has worked at Sela as the Acting Director of Portfolio PMO, as well as holding various titles at KAUST such as Contractor Officer, Human Resources Advisor, and Human Resources Coordinator. Rana's responsibilities included handling employee relations, contract management, policy development, and coordinating with different departments for smooth operations. With a Master's degree in HR, Rana has a strong educational background to support their professional experience.
