Alex Miles

Alex Miles is an accomplished educational and business leader with extensive experience in various roles since joining Yorkshire Learning Providers in March 2004, where responsibilities have included Managing Director, Operations Director, and Performance & Business Development Manager. Currently, Alex serves as the Chair of the Board for Quality & Curriculum at The Growth Company and as a Director at AMFE Consultancy, focusing on enhancing the FE & Skills workforce. Additional roles include Trustee at Appris, Co-Chair & Director at Northern Skills Network, Governor at Heart of Yorkshire Education Group, and Vice Chair at West Yorkshire Skills Partnership. Alex has previously chaired the Board of Directors at Bsupreme, a charity supporting women and education through community learning programs. Educational qualifications include a Postgraduate Certificate in Advancing Pedagogy from the University of Sunderland and a BSc (HONS) in Business Information Technology from the University of Leeds.
