Sushma Kumar is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in human resources management. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Selec Controls Pvt. Ltd. since June 2015, Sushma also provides HR consulting services as a freelancer, specializing in the design and implementation of various HR processes. Prior to these roles, Sushma held the position of Manager-HR at Larsen & Toubro Limited from March 2005 to December 2013 and worked as Exec HR at HCC in 2005-2006.
