Rachel Kopfensteiner

Rachel Kopfensteiner is currently the Director of Sales at Select Brands, responsible for the Kroger account. Prior to her current role, she worked at FDM Sales as a Business Development Manager. She has also held positions at King Soopers/City Market as a Natural Food Sales Manager and Nutrition Specialist. Additionally, Rachel has experience as a CACFP Program Coordinator at the Houston Food Bank and as a Child Care provider at a private residence. She also served as an Aerobics/Gymnastics Instructor at First Choice after School Care. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Food Science from Colorado State University.
