Nelson Bowen

Nelson Bowen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and business operations. Currently, Nelson serves as a GIS Analyst for Ogden City and has been with Select Engineering Services since October 2003, where roles have included Business Operations Manager, GIS Team Lead, and solid waste and recycling manager. Nelson holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Applied Environmental Sciences from Weber State University, earned between 1995 and 2000.
