Fabian Polo

Fabian Polo, PhD, MBA has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Fabian currently serves as the Regional Vice President of the Inpatient Hospital Division at Select Medical. Previously, they held the position of Director of Orthopaedic Surgery at Baylor University Medical Center for many years. Fabian also served as the Chief Executive Officer at Baylor Institute for Rehabilitation for 9 years, before transitioning to the role of Chief Operating Officer for a short period of time. Additionally, they worked as the Director of Orthopaedics & Perioperative Business Services at Baylor Health Care System and as the Chief Operating Officer at Our Children's House at Baylor. Throughout their career, Dr. Polo has displayed strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of healthcare operations.

Fabian Polo earned a PhD in Biomedical Engineering from Texas A&M University, which spanned from 1983 to 1992.
