Sian Worthy

Sian Worthy currently serves as Head of Building Operations at Vita Student since September 2018, with prior roles including Regional Manager and Multi Site Manager. In addition to this position, Sian has been a Residence Manager at Select Property since July 2016. Sian also holds extensive experience in retail management at TOPSHOP TOPMAN, where starting in October 2011 as TOPSHOP Brand Manager, roles progressed to Store Manager, Flagship Operations Manager, and ultimately multiple positions including TOPMAN DBM, overseeing significant operational responsibilities such as scheduling for over 200 staff and managing HR issues. Sian's experience includes a brief secondment as Topshop Brand Manager at Selfridges in early 2013.
