Stefanie Pennington

Stefanie Pennington is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and management. Since October 2016, Stefanie has served as the Vice President of Recruitment at Select Rehabilitation. Prior to this, Stefanie held the position of Director of Talent Acquisition and Human Resources at Presbyterian Communities and Services from February 2009 to October 2016, where responsibilities included workforce planning, performance management, and strategic planning. Stefanie also served as Vice President of Recruiting and Talent Management at Symphony Health Services, RehabWorks, and RehabCare from January 1995 to January 2009, contributing to various aspects of HR and organizational development.
