Adella Salinas, SHRM-CP

Adella Salinas, SHRM-CP has extensive work experience in the Human Resources field. From 2007 to present, they have served as the Director of Human Resources for SelectSource. In this role, they develop and administers various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel, as well as plans, organizes, and controls all activities of the department. Prior to this, they served as a Customer Service Specialist for Aon Hewitt from 2001 to 2007. In this role, they utilized personal computer and Windows NT and Lotus Notes software to access customer accounts and product information for features and problem resolution.

Adella Salinas, SHRM-CP completed their diploma at Naples High School in 1998. Adella obtained their SHRM-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in February 2021.
