Andrew Small

Andrew Small has diverse work experience in various industries. Andrew started their career as a Barista at Starbucks, where they provided excellent customer service and promoted coffee products. Later, they worked at AZ Wide Realty as a Real Estate Consultant, gaining transactional and property management experience. Andrew also had a role as a Member of the LLC, giving him insight into company structures. Andrew then joined Select Blinds, where they held multiple positions. As a Customer Service Representative, they assisted customers, and as a Home & Garden Show Rep, they represented the company at events. Andrew also served as an Onboarding Trainer, coordinating training for new team members and creating training materials. Lastly, they worked as a Call Center Training Manager, developing training and quality assurance methods and providing guidance to the team. Currently, Andrew is a Small Business Owner at Perthshire Sortie.
