Lukas O. Dialer

Lukas O. Dialer is an experienced Quality Assurance & Regulatory Affairs Manager at Selectchemie AG since September 2018, specializing in regulatory affairs and quality assurance for active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs). Prior to this role, Lukas served as a Scientist at Noramco™, where responsibilities included chemical process R&D, technical transfers, and lifecycle management of APIs. Previous positions also include Scientist and Postdoc R&D at Johnson & Johnson, focusing on synthetic route development and cost optimization, and a collaborator role during doctoral studies at Bayer HealthCare.
