Charles Plummer

Charles Plummer is an experienced Information Technology Specialist with a strong background in network operations and cybersecurity. Currently serving at the Selective Service System since November 2013, Charles leads daily operations of computer networks, manages cybersecurity systems, and ensures compliance with security policies. Prior experience includes roles as Network Controller at Houston Associates, Inc., where Charles managed security programs and training initiatives, and as Senior Program Manager in the United States Army, providing operational support for military communications. Charles has also held various engineering and supervisory positions at Raytheon, alongside a foundational role as a Telecommunications Specialist in the Army. Charles holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Fort Valley State University and a certificate in Computer Information Systems from Strayer University.
