Bob Ristau has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Bob started their career as a Software Developer at Gensoft Systems in 2004, where they developed billing and accounting software for telecommunication providers. Bob then moved on to Selectron Technologies, Inc. in 2005, where they worked as a Sr. Software Engineer, using .NET tools and MS SQL Server to develop software applications for government agencies. Over the years, Bob took on increasingly senior roles at Selectron, including Software Development Manager, Director of Software Development, and Director of IT, Hosted Operations, and Payments. In these roles, they provided strategic direction, supervised teams, and collaborated with various departments to improve operational effectiveness. Currently, Bob holds the position of Vice President of Operations at Selectron Technologies, Inc., where they report directly to the COO and CEO.
Bob Ristau completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science, Math, and English at Augustana College from 2000 to 2004. Later, they pursued an MBA with a focus on Innovation and Entrepreneurship at the Portland State University School of Business from 2009 to 2012.
