Dan Porter has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Dan started their career in 1987 as a Software Developer at Microsoft, where they worked until 1989. Dan then joined Intersolv in 1990 as a Software Development Engineer for a year. In 1992, they joined Intel as a Software Development Manager and stayed there until 2001. Finally, in 2002, they became the Chief Operations Officer at Selectron Technologies, Inc.
Dan Porter attended the University of Puget Sound from 1983 to 1987, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics.
