Heather Fattah

Heather Fattah is a senior executive with extensive experience in operations management and P&L responsibility across various sectors, particularly in defense contracting and manufacturing. Currently serving as President and previously Vice President of Operations at SelectTech Services Corp since December 2020, Heather oversees multi-channel operations focused on USAF contracts. Prior roles include Director of Operations at Creative Composites Group, where responsibilities encompassed P&L management for structural composites manufacturing, and Supply Chain/Quality Systems Manager at Rack Processing Company, Inc., dedicated to global supply chain and quality systems development. Heather’s career also includes consulting and operational roles in businesses focused on ERP system design, project management, and service coordination. Heather Fattah holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Economics from Wilmington College.
