Rachel Kipling

Rachel Kipling is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust background in HR management. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at SelectTech Services Corp since July 2022, Rachel previously held the position of HR Manager at MANCOR OHIO, INC from July 2021 to July 2022. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Human Resource Generalist at Composite Advantage from April 2015 to July 2021. Rachel earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Marketing from Wright State University in May 2008 and later completed a Bachelor of Science in Management/Human Resource Management at the same institution in April 2016.
