Hai Nguyen

Hai Nguyen has been working in the engineering field since 2002. Hai started their career as a Research Assistant at Hanoi University of Sciences and Technologies, then moved to Dayeh University as a Research Assistant in 2004. In 2006, they returned to Hanoi University of Science and Technology as a Lecturer, teaching several courses in mechanical engineering and instructing undergrad students doing final thesis. In 2008, they moved to the University of Michigan as a Research Associate and Research Assistant. From 2015 to 2018, they were the Founder of TNV Group and then became the Chief Mechanical Engineer/Co-founder of Selex Motors in 2018.

Hai Nguyen received their Engineer degree from Hanoi University of Science and Technology in 2002, where they studied Mechanical engineering and Manufacturing. Hai then went on to receive their Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Dayeh University in 2006. Finally, they completed their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan in 2012.
