Matthew Szrama

Matthew Szrama has been working in Human Resources and IT for over ten years. Matthew started their career as a CSR at AXA, where they worked for three months. Matthew then moved to Enterprise Rent-A-Car, where they worked as a management assistant for two years. In January 2009, they left Enterprise to join Self-Direct as their VP of HR & IT.

Matthew Szrama attended Orchard Park High School and then went on to study Business and Technologies Management with a Minor in Economics at Clarkson University.

and Ashley Goodwin - HR Manager reports to Matthew Szrama. Their manager is Patricia Palumbo, President. They work with Haley Venditti - VP of Operations, Tina Bero - SDP Director, and Jennifer Moskwa - VP of Finance.
