Daan Feng

Daan Feng is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and consulting. Since June 2018, Daan has been self-employed as a Freelance Consultant and Freelance Photographer. Prior to that, Daan was employed at CommScope from April 2004 to June 2018, serving as Sr. Technical Manager in Product Qualification and Reliability, overseeing product qualification and compliance groups, and providing technical consultation for material selections. Daan also held the role of Sr. Principle Engineer, focusing on product reliability tests and material selections. Earlier experience includes work as a Cable Material Engineer at Avaya and as Polymer Physics Lab Manager at BP Chemicals, where Daan managed testing labs and offered technical support. Daan holds a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Virginia Tech and has degrees from the University of Pittsburgh and West Virginia University.
