David Shahar

David Shahar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in software engineering, consulting, and real estate brokerage. Currently self-employed as a Real Estate Broker since 2019, David previously worked as a SQL Server Performance & Tuning Consultant from 2017 to 2018. A significant portion of David's career was spent at Verint Systems from 1995 to 2016, where roles included Customer Support Engineer, Integration and Deployment Engineer, and Team Leader of DBS Professional Services. Earlier positions include Senior Software Engineer at Scott Paper Company (1992-1994) and International Paper (1989-1992), Team Leader at Digital Equipment Corporation (1987-1989), and Software Developer Engineer at IAI - Israel Aerospace Industries (1983-1987). David holds a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev and has furthered their education at Mashabim Software Systems Ltd. and The University of Memphis.
