Vic Kemming

Vic Kemming is a seasoned professional in the fitness and operational management sectors, currently serving as Sr. Manager Operations at Self Esteem Brands, LLC since April 2022. Prior to this role, Vic held multiple senior leadership positions at Lift Brands, including Sr Director of Fitness & Vendors, Sr Director Brand Development, and Regional Director from May 2019 to January 2022. Additionally, Vic's experience includes serving as Sr. Director of Personal Training at YMCA of the Greater Twin Cities from October 2016 to May 2019, as well as various managerial roles at Life Time - The Healthy Way of Life Company from March 2004 to June 2016. Early career achievements include managing and training at Northwest Athletic Club / Wellbridge from August 1989 to February 2004. Vic Kemming is an alumnus of Wartburg College.
