Monica Morison has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Monica started their career as a Client Service Manager at Williams Lea, where they managed corporate accounts and assisted with contract negotiations. Monica then transitioned to Hays Accountancy Personnel, where they worked as a recruiter, handling the recruitment process and establishing client relationships. Monica later joined Hope House Children's Hospice as a Fundraiser, responsible for meeting fundraising targets and increasing the charity's visibility. Monica then ventured into entrepreneurship and established Elephant Recruitment Ltd, a national childcare agency, taking charge of its day-to-day operations, business development, and marketing.
