Kris Bowen

Kris Bowen joined AAA Parking as a property manager in 1993, and has held various progressive roles in the organization including Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer.

Appointed AAA Parking President in February, 2019, Kris is responsible for the overall direction of AAA Parking’s operations and diverse client base across the country. He devotes much of his time to developing strategic initiatives that ensure the vision of the AAA experience becomes a reality for our partners and their customers. His duties also include managing contractual compliance and overseeing all of the company’s self parking properties.

Kris also leads the company’s innovative new product development effort and serves as liaison with property management companies and the companies’ administrative staff.

Kris is a member of the Building Operations Management Association (BOMA), the Parking & Transportation Association of Georgia (PTAG), National Parking Association (NPA), International Parking and Mobility Institute (IPMI), and is a graduate of Auburn University.
