Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in entrepreneurship, compliance, and nutrition. Currently serving as the proprietor of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana focuses on an online store for organic products aimed at body care and environmental sustainability. In addition, Mariana has been an assistant compliance officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous roles include ownership and management at Barbería El Galgo Negro, where Mariana worked from November 2017 to November 2019, and serving as a nutritionist at a private consulting office from February 2016 to 2019. Mariana also has experience as a university lecturer, teaching applied mathematics and history of food at a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017.
