Tim Lucas

Tim Lucas is a seasoned professional in the plumbing and piping industry, currently serving as the Piping Manager at Selinsky Force LLC since June 2020. Prior to this role, Tim was a Project Manager at The Kauffman Plumbing and Heating Company for a brief period in early 2020. Tim's extensive experience also includes a long tenure at Schmid Mechanical, where responsibilities spanned from Construction Division Manager to Superintendent, Project Manager, Industrial Sales, and Foreman from March 2004 to February 2020. Tim's foundational education includes completion of the Local 94 Plumbers & Pipefitters Apprenticeship program from 2004 to 2009 and a high school diploma from Copley High School, obtained between 1994 and 1998. Tim is currently furthering education at Washtenaw Community College since 2013.
