Tom Barnes

Tom Barnes holds extensive experience in research and development, technology management, and security consulting. Currently serving as the Director of R&D, Chief Technical Officer, and Chief Technologist & Manufacturing Equipment Manager at Selkirk Sport, Tom has contributed significantly to the field of pickleball technology. Prior to this, a role as a Security Consultant was held at a confidential company. Tom's foundational experience includes serving in the United States Marine Corps, where positions included Platoon Sergeant and Communications Chief in the 4th Tank Battalion. In these roles, Tom advanced through ranks from Corporal to Sergeant of Marines, specializing in communication technology.
