Chris Martindale

Chris joined Sellen as the company’s new COO in 2023. After starting his career in construction as a carpenter more than three decades ago, Chris attended the University of Washington and became an accomplished project manager and principal in the Puget Sound construction industry. Over the years, he has provided expert leadership to multidisciplinary teams and overseen the completion of many projects that play an important role in the community, including medical facilities for the region’s leading healthcare providers. Born and raised in the shadow of Glacier National Park in Montana, Chris now resides in North Bend and enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and two children.
