John Cavendish has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. John started their career as a Senior Maintenance Engineer at Dominion ATM Banking Systems Limited, where they implemented changes to company procedures and trained new staff members. John then worked as a Project Engineer and Engineer at Interfleet Technology, specializing in stakeholder communication, system integration, and contract support. John also gained experience in ERTMS signaling systems and ETCS onboard equipment. John then worked at Hitachi Rail Europe as an ETCS Project Manager before joining Kurbis Engineering Ltd as a Director.

In 2017, John co-founded FBA Frontiers, focusing on helping US Amazon sellers expand to Amazon Europe. John also co-founded FBA Translations in the same year. In 2018, they established ecomDNA, an agency that provides guidance and analysis reports for brands to optimize their presence on Amazon.

In 2019, John founded Seller Candy, a platform offering personalized assistance for Amazon Seller Central. John'smost recent venture is Magnet Virtual Assistants, founded in 2023, which aims to transform the perception of virtual support by providing strategic partnerships with mindset-driven virtual assistants.

John Cavendish attended the University of Birmingham from 2007 to 2011, where they pursued a degree in Mechanical Engineering and graduated with an MEng (Honours). In 2009, they also participated in an exchange program at the University of Waterloo, focusing on Mechanical Engineering.
