Miguel Lorrio has held various positions throughout their career. Miguel is currently working as a Senior Advisor at SellersFi, serving as their former European Business CEO and Global M&A Head. Prior to this, they were the Senior Managing Director at GREENSTONE ASESORES SL and a Founding Board Member (non-exec) at Flobers.

Miguel has also had experience as a Non-Executive Director (NED) at CCLA Holdings, where they were involved in institutional real estate investment focused on multifamily managed rental residential properties in Latam. Additionally, they have served as the Interim CFO and Corporate Developer at Citibox, a VC-backed company specializing in solving last mile logistics and facilitating e-commerce.

Miguel Lorrio has also been a Start-up Senior Advisor at Blue Arrow BioJet, advising on waste-to-low carbon fuel plants with Fulcrum BioEnergy technology. Miguel has been a member of the Start-up Advisory Committee at Celling 5G and served as the Managing Director at Vector Partners, a direct lender fund.

Furthermore, they have worked as a Senior Advisor at Arlington Capital, managing principal investments in Southern Europe, and held the position of Chief Financial (CFO) & Strategic Officer (CSO) at a private equity portfolio company in the Pacha Group.

Miguel Lorrio has a diverse education history that demonstrates their expertise in various fields. Miguel obtained their undergraduate degree in Law and Business Administration from Universidad CEU San Pablo in 1994. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Msc in Finance from London Business School in 1996-1997.

In 2002, Miguel Lorrio completed an Advanced Course in Hedge Funds at London Business School. Miguel further enhanced their knowledge in 2003 by completing an Advanced Course in Private Equity, M&A, Corporate Restructuring, and Advanced Corporate Finance at the same institution.

In 2004-2005, they obtained the Chartered Alternative Investments Analyst (CAIA) certification from the CAIA Association, specializing in Alternative Investments. Continuing their education in the field, they attended an Advanced Course in Private Equity at London Business School in 2008.

Miguel Lorrio then pursued an Executive MBA in Business Administration from Columbia Business School in 2009-2011. To further their legal expertise, they attained a Master of Laws (LLM) degree from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law in 2012-2013. This program covered areas such as M&A, Corporate Law, Antitrust, Contracts, International Taxation, ADR & Arbitrage.

Recently, in 2021-2022, Miguel Lorrio enrolled in ISDI to complete the Global program on digital and exponential organizations, digital transformation (GXMDB). Miguel has also obtained several certifications, including Socio / Chartered Member from Instituto de Consejeros-Administradores, IC-A in 2019, and Becarios Fundación "la Caixa" from Fundación "la Caixa" in 1994.
