Donna Gasper

Donna Gasper has a wealth of experience in the medical device industry. Donna began their career in 1999 as Director of Operations for Whatman Hemasure. In 2003, they were hired as Director of Supply Chain for Xcellerex and held the same position at DxTech in 2007. Donna also served as a Consulting Engineer for SuturTek in 2007. In 2009, they became an Independent Consultant for Supply Chain for Medical Devices and was hired as a Supply Chain Consultant and Sustaining Engineering Manager, Gyn Surgical Products at Hologic. In 2014, they were hired as Operations/QA/RA at Vantix Diagnostics, where they successfully established a QMS system towards ISO 13485 certification. In 2016, they were hired as Quality Assurance at Lexington Medical, Inc., where they led efforts towards ISO 13485 certification and exercised QMS in the ramp up of in-house and contract manufacturing for sterile, disposable, surgical instruments. Most recently, they have been employed as Supply Chain/Quality Lead at Selux Diagnostics, Inc. since 2019.

Donna Gasper received their BS in Medical Technology from Penn State University in 1977. Donna later obtained their MBA in Operations from the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University in 1986. In 2015, they earned a Graduate Certificate in Medical Device Design and Manufacturing from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. Additionally, they hold certifications from the American Society of Quality (CQA) and the American Society of Clinical Pathologists (MT).
