Monica Wolstad Eriksson

Monica Wolstad Eriksson has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as HR-leder at Selvaag Bolig ASA since November 2013. Prior to this role, Monica worked as HR-rådgiver at Selvaag Gruppen AS and Selvaagbygg AS, contributing to HR functions from October 2012 to October 2013 and January 2012 to September 2012, respectively. Monica also served as HR-Seniorrådgiver at NAV Oslo from July 2006 to December 2011, focusing on organization and leadership development. Earlier positions include advising roles at Fylkestrygdekontoret i Oslo and as a regnskapskonsulent at Nortrail. Monica holds a Cand.polit. degree with a major in Sociology from the University of Bergen.
