Tobias Johansson

Tobias Johansson has extensive experience in the manufacturing and engineering sectors, currently serving as a Produktionstekniker and Produktionsledare at SEM AB since August 2010. Responsibilities include daily management of personnel and production, efficiency improvements for machines and staff, production technology, continuous improvement, employee evaluations, workplace meetings, safety inspections, and procurement of production materials. Previously, Tobias worked as an Operatör at SEM AB, overseeing the manufacturing of XPI stators for diesel engine injectors. Prior to this, experience as an Elektriker at Megtec Amal involved electrical wiring and testing/programming on roll stands, and leading the electrical group. Earlier roles included serving as an Industrimontör at SEM AB, focusing on the assembly of components for ignition systems. Education was completed at Karlbergsgymnasiet.
