Benan Ulukan

Benan Ulukan has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at SEM since October 2017. Responsibilities encompass HR process management, talent pool creation, compensation and benefits processes, and budget studies. Prior to this role, Benan worked at Ströer Kentvizyon from April 2010 to October 2017, advancing through several positions including Human Resources Supervisor and Human Resources Executive, focusing on recruitment, performance management, and employee relations. Educational qualifications include a degree in Labor Economics and Industrial Relations from Anadolu University and a degree in Human Resources Management from Istanbul Arel University.
