Tomasz Płocharski

Tomasz Płocharski has a diverse work experience across different industries and roles. Tomasz is currently working as a Technical Project Manager at Semantive since April 2021. Prior to this, they were a Co-owner at Rota starting from January 2020.

From November 2019 to March 2021, Tomasz worked as a Scrum Master at Carrier Polska, where they led cross-functional teams of engineers for delivering complex products compliant with government regulations.

Moreover, they obtained certifications as an Alpine Skiing Instructor from the Academy of Physical Education and Sport in Gdańsk in 2015 and as a Yacht Skipper from the Polish Sailing Association in 2013.
