Sébastien Riviere

Sébastien Riviere has over 25 years of work experience in various roles. Sébastien is currently working as a Senior Director Strategic Account at Semarchy, where they specialize in Master Data Management and Data Integration. Sébastien'sresponsibilities include working on platform BI, ETL ESB EAI, Datalake strategy, MDM, database high performance, and industrialization hadoop project. Sébastien is also involved in Cloud initiatives and platform Cloud. Previously, they worked as a Key Account Executive at Cohesity, where they focused on simplifying data protection and converging all secondary storage. Before that, they held key account executive and sales manager roles at Commvault, managing EMEA accounts and working on enterprise sales. Sébastien also has experience at Quantum Storage as a senior channel manager and regional sales manager, where they generated opportunities for disk backup and tapes. Earlier in their career, they worked as a district manager at iiyama International and as an account manager at Phaselys.

Sébastien Rivière obtained a Master's degree in PGM from emlyon business school between 2014 and 2016. Prior to that, they received a Bachelor's degree in Economics/Management from Université Paris-Est Créteil (UPEC) in 1993-1994 and an Associate Degree in Professional Marketing Qualification from BTS Action Co from 1990 to 1992.
