Sourav Das

Sourav Das has over 20 years of work experience in corporate communication and public relations. Sourav currently holds the position of Vice President - Corporate Communication at Sembcorp Industries Ltd, a role they have held since September 2016. Prior to this, they served as the General Manager - Corporate Affairs & Communication at Cairn Oil and Gas for 10 years. Sourav has also held positions at Linde, where they headed the corporate communications department and reported to the Managing Director, and at Ogilvy as a Communications Consultant. Sourav began their career as a Branch Head at Integral Advisory Services Pvt. Ltd., where they provided regional support to national clients and managed the branch. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in reputation management, branding, advertising, and internal communications.

Sourav Das has a diverse education history that includes both executive programs and traditional academic degrees. Sourav completed the Executive Program on Strategic Reputation Management at Tuck Executive Education at Dartmouth and the Executive Management Programme at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad. Sourav also participated in the Indian School of Business' Executive Programme on Brand Management in collaboration with Columbia Business School. Additionally, Sourav holds a PGDBM (MBA) in Marketing from the University of Calcutta. Before their higher education studies, they attended The Assembly of God Church School in India, where they obtained an ICSE degree. Sourav has also obtained a certification in Sustainability Strategies from LinkedIn in 2020.
