Sara Emons

Sara Emons has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Head of People & Culture and Head of HR at Semdor Pharma Group since January 2021. Previously, Sara held various HR roles at Cannamedical® Pharma GmbH from March 2018 to December 2020, including Human Resources Manager and Junior Human Resources Manager. Earlier career experience includes positions as a Human Resources Associate and Werkstudentin at Cannamedical, as well as a Studentische Hilfskraft at Hochschule Fresenius University of Applied Sciences and InfraServ GmbH & Co. Knapsack KG. Sara holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Gesundheitsökonomie from Hochschule Fresenius.
