Neil McPherson

Neil McPherson is an experienced sales and business development leader specializing in structured finance, legal document analysis, and investor relations. Currently serving as the Head of Sales for North America at Semeris, Neil focuses on enhancing efficiencies within CLO legal document analysis through the use of AI and NLP. Prior roles include Senior Director at S&P Global Ratings, where responsibilities involved leading investor outreach for Leveraged Finance, CLOs, and RMBS; Senior Advisor at Weiss Analytics; and Senior Sales Specialist at Interactive Data, covering major accounts. As Managing Director at both Markit and ABN AMRO Bank N.V., Neil managed structured finance operations, fostering strong issuer relationships. Neil's career began at Credit Suisse, progressing from software development to leading top-ranked teams in fixed income credit research.
